TASQ is looking for a Philippines-based lead QA engineer to start working ASAP.

**Job Title: Lead QA Engineer | REMOTE**

**Preferred Skills/Experience/Certifications:**

- Relevant certifications in Azure, Microsoft, Agile, etc.

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in QA processes, programming languages, and test management tools.

- Extensive experience with test automation tools (e.g., Postman, Selenium).

- Experience in API Testing.

- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.

- Leadership experience is a plus.

- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in presentation and report writing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and implement automation scripts using testing tools.

- Create testing strategies, documentation, and processes.

- Report and discuss issues with the development team.

- Conduct both manual and automated testing, including script creation for projects.

- Provide detailed records of results, test cases, and feedback to the project team.

- Ensure the final product meets the project objectives.
