The Role As a Sales Director at Conveo, you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle — from building pipeline to closing enterprise deals and expanding accounts. You’ll partner directly with the founders to refine our go-to-market strategy while landing and growing some of the world’s biggest brands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll navigate complex orgs, multi-stakeholder deals, and long sales cycles ($45K-$500K+), selling into industries like CPG, Pharma, Tech, and Financial Services. What Success Looks Like Qualified pipeline coverage (≥4–5× quota), stage velocity, and win-rate improvements. Strong win rates (high stage-to-stage conversion, clean qualification/disqualification, and rising expansion (multi-market/multi-year, increased ACV & ARR ). Referencable customers and repeatable plays we can roll out across the team. What we’re looking for 5–15 years of enterprise sales in SaaS, Martech, or Market Research. Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ACV $75K+) with long sales cycles. Experience selling to Fortune 500 companies. Great if you have a strong network or background in market research, insights, or consulting. High energy, self-motivation, and a relentless drive to win. Excellent communication skills — active listener, persuasive storyteller, and trusted advisor. Comfortable with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach.
