About the Team
Sujay Maheshwari has worked both as an Engineer and Product Manager at several startups and large companies in the US, London, and India. He has built and run a successful startup in New York with customers like HSBC, JWT, and several other popular names. For the past several years, he has been part of the cloud journey in various roles at Pantheon, Moody’s, HPE, Cloud Foundry, and other Silicon Valley companies.
Purusottam Mupunu excels in both SaaS and Cloud space. He has built and run engineering teams across the US and India. He is based out of Sunnyvale, California, and is an expert in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud technologies. He started his journey as a software developer and today leads Cloudanix’s engineering team.
About the Role
We are a fast-growing company, and everyone wears several hats. We are building a highly skilled support team to ensure that our customers succeed with our CNAPP products. If you are passionate about technology, love problem-solving, and want to have a direct impact on customer success, this role is perfect for you.
This is a Pune-based position. 100% remote is not offered for this role.
Your Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, diagnosing customer problems related to our cloud security products.
• Develop deep knowledge of the Cloudanix platform and guide customers on best practices, solutions, and features.
• Manage customer support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions, and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all support interactions are professional, friendly, and efficient.
• Continuously improve support processes and contribute to internal knowledge bases for future reference.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or cloud product company.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in cloud environments.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with graph database
• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) and an understanding of support workflows.
• Basic knowledge of cloud security, networking, and containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• A customer-first attitude, with a proven ability to handle tough technical problems and communicate effectively.
• Familiarity with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for troubleshooting would be advantageous.
