Manager - Learning & Development

Riveron India is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager – L&D to establish and lead a newly formed L&D team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning solutions aligned with business strategy.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead a high-performing L&D team including instructional designers, developers, QA analysts, and implementation specialists.
  • Define the L&D strategy and roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee end-to-end learning solution design and delivery.
  • Drive scalable content production and delivery to meet growing organizational learning demands.
  • Establish processes, frameworks, and quality standards for learning development.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships across business units.
  • Monitor program effectiveness through learning analytics and metrics.
  • Drive innovation in learning approaches including digital, blended, and experiential learning.
  • Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
  • Support scaling the L&D operating model, including delivery frameworks, governance, and resource planning to support enterprise growth.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years in learning & development with leadership experience
  • Advanced degree in HR, Learning, Education, or related field
  • Experience building or scaling L&D teams
  • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and learning experience platforms
