💲 Pay: $60,000 – $70,000/year

As an RN, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team supporting adults with severe and persistent mental illness, helping reduce hospitalizations, improve stability, and create better quality of life.

What You’ll Do

Nursing & Medication Support

• Coordinate care with psychiatric providers and ACTT team members
• Administer IM injections and monitor medication compliance
• Manage medication inventory, refills, and documentation
• Complete AIMS assessments at admission and every 6 months
• Take vitals and support prescriber visits
• Educate clients and staff on medications and treatment plans

Community-Based Care

• Provide services in homes and community settings
• Build therapeutic relationships with clients over time
• Help remove barriers to treatment and support recovery goals

Crisis Response & Support

• Participate in rotating on-call coverage
• Assist with crisis response and hospital diversion efforts
• Transport clients to appointments and community resources as needed

Qualifications

Required

✔ Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
✔ Valid driver’s license
✔ Strong documentation and communication skills
✔ Comfortable working independently in community settings

Preferred

✔ Behavioral health experience
✔ Community health or ACTT experience
✔ Substance use treatment experience
