L&D Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop the L&D team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Ensure all learning solutions are engaging, modern, and effective, leveraging innovative methods such as gamification, blended learning, and digital tools.
Lead the measurement and reporting of L&D impact, tracking key KPIs and providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.
Oversee and optimize the use of digital learning tools, LMS platforms, and content development technologies to maximize efficiency and learner experience.
Champion industry best practices and ensure the team stays up to date with emerging trends and innovations in the learning and development field.
Establish clear processes and standards to maintain the consistency and quality of all training materials and delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external teams and partners to support specialized learning needs.
Foster collaboration with other departments to align learning initiatives with broader business priorities and change management efforts.
Identify opportunities for digital transformation within L&D, exploring new tools and platforms to scale learning solutions across the organization.
Promote a feedback-driven learning culture by implementing regular learner assessments, surveys, and post-training evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
Minimum 1 year proven experience in a Learning & Development leadership role within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
Demonstrated success in shaping and delivering strategic learning initiatives aligned with business goals.
Strong experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing L&D teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Advanced skills in data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets) and reporting to drive insights and decision-making.
Deep knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital content tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
Confident facilitator and communicator, comfortable presenting to large and senior audiences.
Degree qualified or equivalent practical experience in L&D, HR management or organizational development.
