Develop innovative, interactive, and activity based learning approaches across face to face, online, and e-learning environments.
Create an impactful learning content by applying human-centered design principles and careful attention to detail.
Develop and refine strategies to improve training effectiveness, ensuring alignment with L&D strategies and goals.
Organize, lead and participate, contributing to the design and development of learning materials and evaluating their effectiveness.
Plan, produce, and execute creative educational videos and digital recordings to enhance product and software knowledge, driving higher levels of internal engagement.
Create and analyze L&D KPIs to refine strategies and optimize training outcomes.
Strong presentation skills; confident speaking in front of large groups;
Solid experience in designing, developing, and managing training programs;
Advanced skills in Excel for training-related data and planning, and high-quality presentations (PPT, Google Slides)- advanced level;
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal);
Great time management and organizational skills;
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels;
Desirable: proficiency in tools such as Articulate or Adobe Captivate for content development, and hands-on experience with LMS platforms and digital learning projects;
Degree qualified or equivalent practical experience in a similar role.
