About the job Croatian back office agent - Relocation to Essen

Start Date: July; August

Location: Essen (on-site)
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

We are hiring fluent Croatian speakers to join a team working on the latest AI technologies. Youll be creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows to help improve speech-based systems.

Requirements:

Fluency in Croatian + B2 English
Bachelors degree
Valid work permit for Germany
Strong writing and analytical skills
Comfortable working on-site and with varied content topics
