Job Opportunity: Dutch-Speaking Back Office Agent On-Site in Essen, Germany

Start Date: July or August
Location: Essen (on-site)
Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation + up to 250euro travel reimbursement
Bonus: 3,000euro (1,500 after 3 months + 1,500 after 6 months)

We are looking for native or fluent Dutch speakers to join a team working on next-generation AI technologies. Your role will involve creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows to support speech-based systems.

Requirements:

Fluency in Dutch + B2 level English
Bachelor's degree
Valid work permit for Germany
Strong writing and analytical skills
Comfortable working on-site and with varied content
