Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00 (Weekends Off)
Work Model: On-Site

About the Role:

Are you a French speaker with a passion for customer service? Join our team in Lisbon and support customers of a leading vehicle transportation platform. Help users with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
Handle inquiries related to vehicle transportation services
Provide guidance and problem-solving support
Ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience

What We Offer:

Salary: 900 euros/month (paid over 14 months)
Performance Bonus: up to 100 euros/month (paid over 12 months)

What You Need:

Fluent French (spoken & written) and good English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is a plus
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
