We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our client's billing and day-to-day operations. This role combines healthcare billing responsibilities with administrative support and light social media management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring timely billing, tracking payments, and keeping internal operations organized.
This is a remote position, ideal for someone who is self-directed, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Process billing for skilled nursing and home health services through state platforms
- Generate and maintain billing and accounts receivable (AR) reports
- Follow up on unpaid claims and outstanding invoices
- Manage and schedule 2–3 weekly posts on Facebook
- Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative and office management support
Requirements
- Experience with healthcare billing, preferably in skilled nursing or home health
- Familiarity with state billing systems and claims processes
- Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Understanding of accounts receivable (AR) and billing workflows
- Experience managing social media (Facebook) for business use
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Strong written communication skills
