Citrix (Cloud and Legacy) Support Analyst

Responsibilities
Operate and maintain Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, GPOs) and hybrid synchronization with Microsoft Entra ID
Troubleshoot sign-in, SSO, and Conditional Access issues; document resolutions
Perform regular access reviews and identity lifecycle cleanup (stale accounts, roles, groups)
Support domain policies and configuration management (GPO baselines, domain-level settings)
Manage certificate auto-enrollment and PKI integrations
Enforce MFA, password policies, and support privileged access management (PIM/PAM)
Monitor identity systems (Entra Connect, logs, SIEM integrations); troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-level issues
Support SSO onboarding (SAML/OIDC) and application identity integrations
Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and participate in DR testing
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid environments – including implementation, migration, infrastructure-level troubleshooting and issue resolution
Strong knowledge of GPO management and troubleshooting
Experience with SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC) and Conditional Access concepts
Understanding of PKI and certificate auto-enrollment in domain environments
Familiarity with identity security practices (MFA, break-glass accounts, SIEM monitoring)
Awareness of IAM, PAM, and PIM concepts and access governance principles
Experience in operational support, incident handling, and technical documentation (L2/L3 environment)
