Role Overview

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the company’s brand strategy across all markets and channels. This role ensures consistent brand positioning, strengthens market presence, and drives customer engagement within the competitive iGaming landscape. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has a strong understanding of digital marketing, player behavior, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with business goals.

  • Ensure consistent brand identity, tone of voice, and visual guidelines across all platforms and communications.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, affiliates, and paid media).

  • Collaborate with affiliate, CRM, and acquisition teams to align branding with performance marketing efforts.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics (awareness, engagement, acquisition impact) and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Work closely with design and content teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.

  • Oversee brand presence across multiple regions, ensuring localization where necessary.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant advertising and regulatory requirements in the iGaming industry.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

  • Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in iGaming, digital marketing, or online entertainment.

  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, SEO, and affiliate marketing.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and player lifecycle strategies is a plus.
