We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to build and scale a strong, consistent brand presence. This role sits at the intersection of brand, performance marketing, content, and community engagement. You will be responsible for shaping how the brand is perceived across digital and offline channels, ensuring cohesive storytelling and impactful communication. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances creativity with data-driven decision-making, and can seamlessly collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve brand identity, voice, and messaging across all touchpoints
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and key moments
- Lead a content-first approach, driving creation of high-quality and engaging content
- Collaborate with design, performance marketing, and content teams for campaign execution
- Align brand strategies with paid media efforts across digital platforms
- Manage relationships with influencers, creators, and external agencies
- Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, activations, and brand experiences
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data and insights
