Head of Growth
Added 6 days agoWe're looking for a world-class Head of Growth / Founding Growth Marketer to own the full marketing stack from campaigns to analytics and experimentation. You’ll move fast, test often, and build the foundation for scalable & repeatable growth for a new category of cloud computing.
This is a hands-on IC role at the intersection of traditional Performance Marketing and GTM Engineering — for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and loves blending creativity, data, system building, and strategy.
What you'll do
Collaborating with cofounders and leveraging AI as much as possible, build a demand generation engine across multiple channels with a relentless focus on driving leads for our founding team: both demos and sign-ups.
You’ll launch and iterate on paid and organic campaigns to hit our lead goals.
Working with founders, test different compelling messaging & value propositions in your campaign content that reflects our product and company identity.
You will manage analytics and rigorously track and report on campaign performance, using insights to double down on what works and quickly iterate away from what doesn't.
Build lead lists of AI startups in our ICP, using both manual research and setting up AI automations.
Ideate and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns to generate intro calls for founders, using a mix of manual personalized experiments and AI automation to scale.
Ideate and execute on other kind of distribution plays aiming to increase signup & qualified calls growth — for example monitoring GEO (generative engine optimization) performances and trying improvements.
