As a Logistics Manager at Vinmar International, you will play a crucial role in leading and optimizing the movement of materials throughout the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery to our customers.

Lead, coach, and develop Team Leaders and a team of logistics, including performance management, workload allocation, coverage planning, and skill development.
Establish clear goals and operating cadence (weekly reviews, KPI tracking, issue escalation paths).
Build a high-accountability culture around service, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Respond to incoming communications from internal and external customers, resolve and escalate issues as needed.
Own the import execution lifecycle: allocation, credit limit, booking, export readiness coordination, documentation accuracy, drayage, warehousing, and final delivery to customer/terminal.
Define, track, and improve KPIs across the team.
Involve on automation and AI project.

Requirements

A minimum of 10 years’ experience working in Ocean exports (preferably with a LATAM background)
Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work under pressure, proactive, and provide a fast response to all urgent matters.
Customer service oriented with the ability to respond timely and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and SAP
Bilingual (Spanish)
