Key Responsibilities Property Operations & Guest Experience

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties
• Handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication with professionalism
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and turnovers efficiently
• Ensure consistently high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings Revenue & Performance Optimization
• Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue
• Identify opportunities to improve operational performance Systems & Automation
• Use Property Management Systems (PMS) to streamline workflows
• Automate guest communication and operational processes
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date property and booking data Compliance & Best Practices
• Ensure compliance with applicable short-term rental regulations
• Apply industry best practices to minimize risk and improve efficiency
• Maintain consistency and quality across all properties

Candidate Profile Required

• Proven experience managing short-term rental properties
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently in a remote environment Preferred
• Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools
• Knowledge of short-term rental regulations and compliance
• Strong communication and customer service skills
