Senior Remote Property Manager – Short-Term Rentals

Overview We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Remote Property Manager to take full ownership of a growing portfolio of short-term rental properties.

Responsibilities • Property Operations & Guest Experience: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple short-term rental properties, handle bookings, calendars, and guest communication, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, ensure high guest satisfaction and strong review ratings. • Revenue & Performance Optimization: Implement and refine dynamic pricing strategies, monitor market trends and competitor activity, optimize listings to maximize occupancy and revenue, identify opportunities to improve operational performance. • Systems & Automation: Use PMS to streamline workflows, automate guest communication and processes, maintain accurate property and booking data. • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with short-term rental regulations, apply industry best practices, maintain consistency and quality.

Candidate Profile Required: Proven experience managing short-term rental properties; strong understanding of pricing strategies, booking flows, and guest management; excellent organizational skills; ability to manage multiple properties remotely. Preferred: Experience with PMS platforms and automation tools; knowledge of regulations and compliance; strong communication; results-driven with focus on growth.
