We are seeking a detail-oriented Case Manager to oversee client cases from intake through resolution. This role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure each case is handled efficiently and with care. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a smooth, timely process.
Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, and messaging
Collect, review, and maintain accurate case documentation
Coordinate with internal departments to move cases forward efficiently
Monitor case progress and proactively identify and resolve issues
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders
Maintain high levels of professionalism and empathy in all interactions
2+ years of experience in case management, customer support, or a similar role
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
