Intake Specialist

Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat from prospective clients; Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information; Accurately document client details in CRM or internal systems; Assess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate team; Follow up with leads to ensure completion of intake process; Meet response time and conversion KPIs; Fluent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish; Working knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and standard intake procedures; Proficiency with CRM or legal case management softwares; Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple client inquiries in a high-volume environment; Availability to work consistently during US Time Zones; High school diploma or equivalent; Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards; Demonstrated empathy and professionalism in intake conversations.
