Job Summary
We are hiring a driven and results-oriented Account Executive for a high-growth company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong closing skills, consultative sales experience, and a passion for building client relationships.
If you have experience in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or working in a startup environment, this role will allow you to thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact setting.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close
Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and tailored presentations
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and position solutions effectively
Collaborate with SDRs and marketing teams to convert inbound and outbound leads
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly revenue targets
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably as an Account Executive or closer
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling SaaS solutions (preferred but not required)
Startup or high-growth company experience is a strong advantage
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
