Account Executive

We’re building our ASEAN sales presence and are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive based in the Philippines. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our regional growth — owning the sales cycle, building strong partnerships, and helping businesses across the region adopt technologies that simplify and secure their IT environments.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the assigned territory.

  • Drive new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, and referrals.

  • Partner with channel, SI, and alliance partners to expand SolarWinds’ footprint in the region.

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and value-based conversations that resonate with IT and business stakeholders.

  • Attend customer meetings (virtual and on-site) and industry events to build pipeline and relationships.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles — from discovery to negotiation and close — while exceeding your revenue targets.

  • Accurately forecast pipeline and sales metrics using Salesforce.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, presales, customer success, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term growth.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in IT operations, observability, or security.

  • Proven success building pipeline and closing complex deals in a high-velocity environment.

  • Strong understanding of the Philippine enterprise landscape and experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.

  • Passion for technology and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.

  • Track record of working closely with partners and channels to drive results.

  • A curious mindset, excellent communication skills, and a high level of accountability.
