24/7 Rotational Shift (5 days work / 2 days off) | Onsite | Start Date: 4 May 2026

We are hiring a Mandarin-speaking Customer Success Specialist to join a fast-paced customer support operation in Livingstone, Malaysia.

This role is open to both local and PRC candidates, offering a strong opportunity to build a career in customer experience and digital support within an international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers with online orders and service requests

  • Handle inbound calls and email queries in a professional manner

  • Process payments and handle sensitive customer data securely

  • Escalate priority issues when required

  • Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and performance

  • Meet KPIs and adhere to company/client policies

Requirements:

  • Fluent Mandarin (C1 level) – spoken, written, and reading

  • B2 English proficiency

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred

  • Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)

  • Call centre experience is an advantage
