5-day work week (Rotational shifts) | Onsite – Penang | Start Date: 23 May 2026

We are hiring Mandarin + Cantonese-speaking Customer Success Specialists (Expat – PRC candidates) to join a leading customer support operation in Penang, Malaysia (Livingstone).

This is a strong relocation opportunity for candidates looking to build an international career in customer experience within a structured, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and digital channels
Support order management, delivery updates, and service requests
Provide clear, solution-focused customer support
Ensure accurate data entry into internal systems
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Adapt communication style to different customer needs

Requirements:

Fluent in Mandarin + Cantonese
B2 level English proficiency
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field
Minimum 6 months customer service experience preferred
Fresh graduates welcome (Communication / English / related fields)
Call centre experience is an advantage but not mandatory

RM4100 basic salary
RM600 housing allowance
RM300 language allowance
