Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Reservations Supervisor to join our Cebu-based team. This role requires a strong background in reservations, customer service, and sales, with leadership experience and hands-on knowledge of GDS tools. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the reservations team and contribute to increasing bookings and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of the reservations team while ensuring adherence to operational standards and procedures
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching and guidance to achieve departmental KPIs
Manage and optimize the reservation process across various channels, ensuring timely and accurate bookings
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Develop and implement strategies to drive occupancy, improve service delivery, and increase revenue
Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
Prepare and present performance reports and booking trends to management
Train new staff and ensure continuous upskilling of the reservations team
Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant industry regulations
Utilize GDS tools (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar systems) to manage reservations and maximize efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in reservations, customer service, or a call center environment
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Sales experience is a must-have
- Hands-on experience using GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other reservation-related software
