Work Schedule: Graveyard shift
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team: Provide direction, inspire a positive work environment, and foster open communication.
- Set goals and delegate tasks: Define team goals, connect the work to the organization's objectives, and assign responsibilities based on team members' skills and expertise.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback: Track team progress using key metrics, conduct performance evaluations, and offer constructive feedback and coaching to improve skill sets.
- Manage operations and resources: Oversee daily workflows, manage project progress, allocate resources, and ensure adherence to deadlines and company goals.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 3 years of team lead/assistant manager experience, preferably under an insurance account
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 years in college w/o back subjects
