Audit Director | Fully Remote
Added 4 days agoThe role of Audit Director is suitable for a qualified accountant with at least two years’ experience in marketing agency finances. The individual will have responsibility for managing audits across a wide range of clients across EMEA and beyond, as required by workloads in other regions.
Working closely with the Senior leadership team, the Audit Director will be the key driving force behind individual audit projects and will coordinate and cooperate with the Audit Director network around the world on multi-market projects. Once established, there is likely to be increased client exposure as the Audit Director will debrief clients and offer advice to clients on the audit findings.
Main Responsibilities
Overseeing and managing audit programs, focused on EMEA markets, but often other markets globally
Liaising with the agency finance teams to ensure that audits run effectively and efficiently to client deadlines
Primary responsibility is for the timely completion of the audits, from client contract review to the initial data request, data analysis, report writing and presentation of the audit findings to client
Regular dialogue with Global Compliance Partner and Senior Client Leads
Qualified accountant CPA, ACA , CIMA, ACCA or similar
2 years minimum work experience with marketing agency finances or commercial teams
Must be fluent in English and able to write audit reports proficiently
Must be a self-starter and curious
Previous audit experience would also be very useful
