    • Assist with group-wide KYC and audit procedures, ensuring timely, accurate, and well-coordinated legal input.

  • Commercial Contracts:

    • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including services, software, marketing, confidentiality, lease, and intra-group contracts.
  • Cross-Functional Legal Support:

    • Act as a trusted legal partner to Finance, Procurement, HR, and business teams, providing practical, business-oriented legal advice on day-to-day matters.

    • Support cross-functional projects by ensuring timely legal review, clear communication, and alignment with business objectives.

    • Work closely with external stakeholders, including corporate service providers, agents, and external counsel, to coordinate legal documentation and support timely resolution of legal matters.

  • Employment Law Support:

    • Provide legal advice on Cyprus employment law matters, acting as an advisory partner to the HR team.

    • Review employment-related documentation, HR policies, and procedures where legal input is required.

    • Support HR in complex, non-standard, or escalated employment matters, ensuring alignment with applicable Cyprus employment law and internal policies.

  • Legal Operations & Process Improvement:

    • Contribute to optimisation of legal workflows and processes; drive initiatives aimed at improving efficiency across the legal function and streamlining day-to-day legal support, including through the use of AI-enabled tools.

Required Qualifications

  • Cyprus-qualified lawyer (must-have) with approximately 5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained through a combination of law firm and in-house roles.

  • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, with proven experience drafting and reviewing contracts and solid knowledge of Cyprus corporate governance, compliance, and employment law matters.

  • Strong attention to detail, ownership, accountability, flexibility and adaptability.

  • Ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice in a dynamic environment.

  • Fluency in English at minimum C1 level (drafting and negotiation language).
