Finance team:

We are seeking a Corporate Finance Associate (3–5 years of experience) with a strong investment banking, private credit, private equity, or similar background.

This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility, and highly hands-on role. The Associate will be deeply involved in the A-to-Z execution of debt and equity transactions (public and private markets), as well as corporate development initiatives and day-to-day investor-facing activities.

You will work directly with senior leadership and external stakeholders including global investment banks, institutional investors, rating agencies, and legal counsel.

Challenges that await you:

1. Capital Markets Execution (Debt & Equity)

  • Support full lifecycle execution of structured debt facilities, securitizations, private equity rounds, and public markets transactions.
  • Coordinate with banks, investors, lawyers, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Manage data rooms and due diligence processes.
  • Draft and review transaction materials, term sheets, and documentation.
  • Track transaction timelines and ensure execution discipline.

2. Financial Modeling & Analysis

  • Build and maintain integrated financial models.
  • Develop portfolio performance, funding, and scenario models.
  • Perform valuation analyses and sensitivity scenarios.
  • Support equity and strategic transaction modeling.

3. Corporate Development

  • Evaluate strategic initiatives, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.
  • Conduct financial and commercial analysis.
  • Prepare investment committee materials.
  • Support negotiations and transaction structuring.

4. Investor Relations & Board Support

  • Prepare board materials and investor presentations.
  • Support monthly and quarterly investor reporting.
  • Draft investor communications and updates.
  • Respond to investor diligence requests accurately and efficiently.

5. Operational & Strategic Support

  • Maintain key trackers (cap table, funding pipeline, covenants, drawdowns).
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs (finance, risk, legal, treasury).
  • Ensure documentation and reporting discipline across facilities.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking (M&A, ECM, DCM, LevFin preferred), Private Credit, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (advanced Excel mandatory).
  • Experience working on live transactions.
  • High ownership and accountability mentality
  • English Advanced
