You'll bring your best ideas forward, knowing that we're all working toward the same goal.\n\n### The Role\n\nAs a Senior Software Engineer at Unthread, you will be at the forefront of shaping both the product and the company, adapting to the needs of our fast-growing customer base and driving innovation.\n\nHere's what you'll do:\n\n* Take full ownership of high-impact, full-stack features, from ideation to deployment, whether you're building agentic AI workflows, automating complex processes, or boosting performance for high-demand customers.\n \n* Lead conversations on architectural decisions as we scale, improving the performance and reliability of both customer-facing systems and internal operational workflows.\n\n* Work closely with the CTO and technical team to drive product development.\n\n* Engage in hands-on problem-solving across both back-end and front-end environments, enhancing a robust, user-first platform.\n\n### What You Bring\n\nWe're looking for someone who thrives on solving real-world challenges and taking ownership of complex problems. You'll do well here if:\n\n* You've shipped software at scale for at least 5 years, with deep experience delivering solutions to real users with diverse needs.\n\n* You're proficient with Node.js and comfortable with TypeScript. You have experience working across both back-end and front-end, and you're comfortable picking up new frameworks as needed.\n\n* You have expertise in scalable system design. You've worked with technologies like GCP and Postgres in production environments.\n\n* You're excited by AI.
