Sales Development Representative - Staffing Industry

This is a high-activity, performance-driven remote Sales Development Representative role focused on booking qualified sales appointments for direct-hire staffing services.

You will be responsible for outbound cold calling, follow-ups, email sequences, and CRM tracking using HubSpot. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B staffing sales (direct placement only) — not recruiting, not contract staffing, not temp staffing, and not VA placements.

You must be comfortable handling objections, navigating gatekeepers, and consistently hitting aggressive KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make 80–100 outbound calls per day to cold and warm leads

  • Book 5–7 qualified appointments per week

  • Execute cold email and follow-up sequences

  • Log detailed notes and manage pipeline activity in HubSpot CRM

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting

  • Rebut objections and confidently navigate gatekeepers

  • Maintain high call energy and professionalism

  • Meet or exceed all KPI targets to qualify for incentive payouts

  • Proven B2B staffing sales experience

  • Experience selling staffing services with one-time placement fees

  • Strong appointment-setting track record

  • Comfortable making 80–100 calls per day

  • Experience using HubSpot CRM

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Strong English communication skills

  • Skilled in cold calling, objection handling, and gatekeeper navigation

  • KPI-driven and performance-focused
