We're now expanding our footprint as a 360 Recruitment & Workforce Partner — and we're looking for a sharp, driven SDR who can take our staffing solutions to the market and turn conversations into long-term client relationships.
The Role
This isn't your average SDR position. As our Staffing SDR, you'll be the frontline voice of PromoGen's workforce solutions — targeting B2B decision-makers who need reliable, scalable staffing support. You know how to open doors, build trust fast, and position staffing services as a strategic business solution — not just a vendor offering.
What You'll Own
- Prospect and engage HR leaders, Operations heads, and C-suite decision-makers across target industries
- Drive outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn with a staffing-first pitch strategy
- Qualify leads and book high-quality discovery calls for the senior sales team
- Position PromoGen's recruitment and workforce solutions as a competitive advantage for prospective clients
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline — tracking all activity and follow-ups in CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach cadences
What You Must Bring
- Hands-on B2B experience pitching staffing or workforce solutions — this is non-negotiable
- A strong grasp of how staffing services are sold: pain points, objections, decision timelines, and stakeholder mapping
- Confidence on the phone and the ability to craft outreach that actually gets responses
- A target-driven mindset — you know what your numbers look like and you go after them
- Self-starter energy — you don't wait to be told what to do next
- Prior experience with CRMs and sales outreach tools is a plus
