We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and scale our luxury real estate sales operations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated professional with 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, strong lead generation capabilities, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the luxury property market, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the luxury real estate segment
- Lead generation through multiple channels including digital platforms, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships
- Build, manage, and nurture a robust pipeline of high-net-worth clients and prospective buyers
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and client meetings to negotiation and deal closure
- Deliver personalized and consultative sales experiences tailored to luxury clientele
- Conduct market research and stay updated on trends, pricing, and competitor activities in the premium real estate segment
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns for lead acquisition and brand positioning
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, channel partners, and key stakeholders
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership review
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members, ensuring high performance and adherence to sales processes

- Lead Generation Expertise: Proven ability to generate high-quality leads through innovative strategies and conversion-focused approaches
- Sales Excellence: Strong closing skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
- Real Estate Acumen: In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions, property lifecycle, and regulatory frameworks
- Luxury Market Understanding: Experience dealing with premium properties and high-net-worth individuals, with an emphasis on discretion and personalized service
- Negotiation & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Relationship Management: Ability to build long-term client relationships and maintain a strong professional network
- Analytical Thinking: Capability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
- Self-driven & Goal-oriented: Highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 5–10 years of experience in real estate sales, with a focus on luxury or high-value properties
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and revenue growth
