Since launching in April 2024, we've grown from 0 to 200+ customers, raised $52M from investors including a16z, 8VC and Y Combinator.\n\nOur AI agents retrieve deduction data, validate charges, automate cash application, and dispute invalid claims — work that would take a full-time employee years to complete. For a $1B CPG brand, a single Glimpse agent reviewed 17,000 deductions in under 24 hours, identifying over $10M in recoverable revenue.\n\nWe're building the next-generation suite of services for consumer brands and are looking for exceptional people to help us scale.\n\nABOUT THE ROLE\n\nAs an Account Manager at Glimpse, you will own the commercial success of our existing customer base. You are the primary driver of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) — and you'll treat those numbers like your own business.\n\nThis is not a relationship-management role in the passive sense. You are expected to show up with executive presence, bring commercial rigor to every customer interaction, and use data to consistently demonstrate the value Glimpse delivers. You will also be a critical builder — creating the playbooks, systems, and processes that define how we do account management as we scale toward and beyond eight figures.\n\nYou'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing and the founding team to ensure customers renew, expand, and become long-term champions of the Glimpse platform.\n\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\n\n* Own and grow a portfolio of CPG accounts, serving as the primary commercial point of contact post-sale\n\n* Drive NRR and GRR by proactively identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewals, and mitigating churn risk\n\n* Build and maintain executive-level relationships across Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales and C-suite stakeholders at customer organizations\n\n* Develop data-driven business reviews (QBRs/EBRs) that quantify the ROI Glimpse delivers — translating platform activity into a compelling value narrative that fuels business growth for customers\n\n* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities then close\n\n* Work with AM Leadership to build the AM infrastructure: design playbooks, templates, and scalable processes for account management as Glimpse grows\n\n* Collaborate with Product to surface customer feedback and translate field insights into roadmap input\n\n* Track and report on key account health metrics; flag risks early and own the remediation plan
