Responsibilities

  1. Search for senior executives on LinkedIn Sales Navigator (LSN) and copy paste the following details in Google Sheets/MS Excel. List of company names will be given

  2. First name

  3. Last name

  4. Designation

  5. LinkedIn profile URL - tools access will be given

  6. Email address from contact finding tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz etc

  7. Mobile number from contact finding tools like Lusha, EasyLeadz etc

  8. Any other details per request

  9. 250 contacts to be collated per day

  10. Investigate data for discrepancies, fill gaps in incomplete records, and resolve other problems in existing data records

  11. Keep information strictly confidential

  12. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirement

  13. Finish the task in the given designated timeline

  14. Compile and send daily report to your stakeholders and manager

  15. Take regular data back-up

Requirements and skills

  1. Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Professional

  2. Experience with Google Sheets/MS Excel and basic LinkedIn knowledge is a must

  3. Familiar with following Google Sheets/MS Excel skills-

  4. Duplicates removal

  5. Conditional formatting

  6. Pivot tables

  7. Basic formulas like lookup, count, sum etc.

  8. Data validation

  9. Data forms - add, edit, find/replace, and delete rows/columns

  10. Fast typing and data entry speed with accuracy

  11. Good knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation

  12. Attention to detail

  13. Confidentiality

  14. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
