What You’ll Do

Monitor and curate real-time traffic incidents within assigned geographic zones using special custom-built platform
Collect and validate data from various sources
Update, track, and clear incidents in the system based on incoming data
Process alerts and ensure accuracy in all updates
Communicate effectively with shift supervisors to maintain consistent, high-quality service
Strong Intermediate English or higher
Comfortable working in a real-time, data-driven environment
Familiarity with mapping tools or transportation/traffic data is a bonus
