As a Sr. Product Manager for Android MDM at JumpCloud, you will lead the evolution of the Android management platform within a unified "open directory". Unlike standalone MDM tools, this role focuses on treating the device as a critical extension of a user's identity, ensuring that Android endpoints are seamlessly integrated into JumpCloud’s broader identity, access, and security stack.

The Product Manager, Android MDM owns the roadmap for JumpCloud’s Android Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM). You will be responsible for bridging the gap between native Android capabilities and JumpCloud’s core pillars: Identity, Access, and Device Management. Your goal is to provide IT admins with a single console to manage Android devices alongside Windows, Mac, and Linux systems, all while leveraging JumpCloud’s unique conditional access and SSO capabilities.

Responsibilities include defining the roadmap for Android management, integrating Android device posture into Conditional Access policies, owning end-to-end lifecycle for Android devices (Zero-Touch enrollment to offboarding), leading development of software management features via Managed Google Play Store, designing policies for Work Profiles and Fully Managed scenarios, and collaborating with Identity and Directory teams for attribute-based access control.

Required Skills & Qualifications include 5+ years in Product Management with at least 3 years focused on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) or MDM, deep Android expertise (Android Enterprise, enrollment methods, DPC, Work Profiles), platform thinking, security mindset, analytical and customer-driven approach, and strong communication.
