Senior Product Manager

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

**Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 (ie INR 15-30 LPA)

This position involves close collaboration with the Product Head and Investment teams to drive product strategy, gain market insights, and oversee product development within the mutual fund portfolio.

Primary Responsibilities:

🚀 Assist the Product Head in strategizing, positioning, and developing both existing and new investment products

🚀 Perform market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends

🚀 Monitor assets under management (AUM) trends, fund flows, and compare scheme performance against peers

🚀 Support the planning and implementation of new fund launches and product initiatives

🚀 Create product presentations, market outlook reports, and communication materials

🚀 Work closely with fund managers, sales, marketing, and other internal teams

🚀 Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership

🚀 Facilitate investor communications, campaigns, and share product-related insights

Qualifications:

✔ 5 to 10 years of experience in Product or Investment Product roles within Mutual Funds or Asset Management

✔ In-depth knowledge of equity and debt markets as well as the mutual fund industry

✔ Proven experience in product development, positioning, or strategy

✔ Strong research, analytical, and communication abilities

✔ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and delivering presentations

✔ Educational background: Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA or PGDM with Finance specialization preferred)
