This position involves close collaboration with the Product Head and Investment teams to drive product strategy, gain market insights, and oversee product development within the mutual fund portfolio.
Primary Responsibilities:
š Assist the Product Head in strategizing, positioning, and developing both existing and new investment products
š Perform market research, competitor analysis, and monitor industry trends
š Monitor assets under management (AUM) trends, fund flows, and compare scheme performance against peers
š Support the planning and implementation of new fund launches and product initiatives
š Create product presentations, market outlook reports, and communication materials
š Work closely with fund managers, sales, marketing, and other internal teams
š Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
š Facilitate investor communications, campaigns, and share product-related insights
Qualifications:
ā 5 to 10 years of experience in Product or Investment Product roles within Mutual Funds or Asset Management
ā In-depth knowledge of equity and debt markets as well as the mutual fund industry
ā Proven experience in product development, positioning, or strategy
ā Strong research, analytical, and communication abilities
ā Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and delivering presentations
ā Educational background: Postgraduate degree in Finance (MBA or PGDM with Finance specialization preferred)
