JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy automation and application solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role focuses on building workflows with Power Automate, creating custom apps with Power Apps, and integrating solutions with SharePoint and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering scalable and efficient business process automation.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop, configure, and deploy Power Automate workflows to streamline and automate business processes.
Design and build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) tailored to business needs.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and external data sources.
Work closely with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance best practices.
Document development processes, configurations, and solution architecture.
Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform updates and recommend improvements.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Hands-on experience developing with Power Automate and Power Apps.
Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online integration and customization.
Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, SQL, or other data connectors.
Solid understanding of business process design and automation principles.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
