JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking talented Power Platform Developers to join our offshore delivery team. This role involves building, configuring, and customizing solutions on Microsoft’s Power Platform, including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate flows. The ideal candidate will also bring experience in custom development using C#, React, and JavaScript to enhance Power Platform applications and integrate them with other systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and customize Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps.
Build and automate workflows with Power Automate to streamline business processes.
Develop custom controls and logic using JavaScript, TypeScript, and PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).
Extend Power Platform functionality using custom connectors, C# plugins, and Azure services.
Integrate Power Platform apps with external APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Ensure consistent UI/UX design and brand compliance across applications.
Work collaboratively with business users, solution architects, and other developers.
Maintain high standards of code quality, documentation, and security compliance.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform development.
Proficient in Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate.
Experience with Dataverse and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
Strong coding skills in JavaScript, React, and C# for custom development.
Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth2, and integration patterns.
Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) in Power Platform.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
