Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned MERN Stack Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications. You will work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and a global engineering team to build robust, high-performance platforms aligned with PGC Digitals enterprise-grade standards.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and design end-to-end full-stack solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
Drive design discussions, performance optimizations, and scalable API strategy
Collaborate with DevOps to design CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure)
Define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor the development team
Integrate AI/ML microservices and APIs into full-stack architecture where relevant
Work on digital transformation projects across industries such as finance, retail, and healthcare
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and other quality/security standards followed by PGC Digital

Required Skills

Strong experience with the MERN stack and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices
Proficiency in AWS/Azure cloud environments
Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker, Kubernetes
Deep understanding of frontend frameworks (React.js, Redux) and UI optimization
Knowledge of database modeling and MongoDB best practices
Experience with unit testing and TDD (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
