Full Stack (MERN) Developer — Remote (India)

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) to design, develop, and maintain web applications. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a passion for clean code, scalability, and performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using the MERN stack. • Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with React.js. • Design RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services. • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver quality releases. • Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

Work Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of hands-on development experience in the MERN stack. • Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks (React.js, Redux). • Experience with Node.js and Express.js for back-end development. • Familiarity with MongoDB (or other NoSQL databases). • Understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and Agile development practices. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education, Credentials, and Experience:

• Experience with TypeScript and/or Next.js. • Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of authentication (OAuth, JWT) and security best practices. • Basic understanding of DevOps or cloud-based deployments • Bachelor’s degree in computer science is preferred
