Provide benefits administration and client support across global programs, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Own and nurture client relationships across Sequoia’s key accounts with focus on retirement plan compliance and service delivery.
Lead client system implementations, coordinate with CXM/HRBP/Payroll, and train users to ensure timely, accurate integrations.
Supports platform users and internal teams, troubleshoot onboarding and updates to ensure smooth interactions.
Process accurate payrolls in accordance to specified deadlines. Maintain payroll data (client and employee level). Interface with clients internally and externally to assist with inquires and resolve any issues.
Coordinate LOA documentation, research leave laws, and assist with LOA case management to support timely resolution.
Provide Tier 1-2 IT support to onsite and remote users, manage IT assets, and deploy technology across Windows and MacOS environments.
Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for Product Marketing, Sales, and cross-functional partners.
Turns data into direction by analyzing marketing funnels, performance trends, and ROI to guide GTM decisions.
Leads overarching web strategy, drives acquisition, optimization, and personalization across brands.
Advocates for client employees, resolves benefits questions, and guides navigation of client portals and apps.
Detail-oriented analyst supporting operations, handling records, audits, and reports to enable client success.
