Ottimate offers an end-to-end, AI-driven AP automation platform for finance teams. It captures invoices from multiple formats with 98% accuracy (even handwritten), codes line items to the correct GL accounts, and matches them to POs, receipts, and cost files. The system analyzes spending patterns to flag anomalies and potential fraud, providing real-time alerts to help optimize cash flow. Integrated into approval workflows, Ottimate can also pay vendors from a central platform using preferred methods like vCard, ACH, or checks.
