Lead key components of capital raising activities, including securitizations and warehouse facilities, and develop advanced financial models.
Lead negotiations with debtors, borrowers and guarantors to structure and implement complex workout solutions including debt restructuring, financing modifications, forbearance agreements and liquidations, as well as the procurement of additional collateral or other security, to achieve favorable resolutions of major accounts.
Lead Salesforce development efforts, mentor team, design scalable cloud-native solutions with Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Leads partner portal initiatives, defining vision, backlog, and delivery with sales and partners.
Drive end-to-end equipment financing sales, prospect vendors, and exceed onboarding targets.
Owns the end-to-end financial planning calendar, including the annual operating plan and long-range plan, and leads scalable FP&A processes in a PE-backed private-company environment.
Own and prioritize the product backlog for assigned platforms or initiatives; ensure measurable business impact and compliance in regulated environments.
Lead enterprise-scale databases in AWS RDS, ensuring availability, security, and performance with automation.
Owns renewal sales cycle, drives revenue, and cross-sells within regional accounts to retain merchant relationships.
Provide expert legal advice on complex litigation and bankruptcy/creditor’s rights; manage outside counsel and lead litigation strategy.
Mentors and develops training materials to increase sales team performance across direct, renewals, and ISO channels.
Owns the full partner lifecycle: onboarding, activation, ramp-up, and ongoing retention to drive referral volume and program performance.
