Repair and troubleshoot kiosks and PCs, perform failure analysis, commission deployments, and prepare parts for field replacements.
Provide front-line kiosk technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software, and document issues for ecoATM’s field operations and customers.
Responsible for data entry and verification to approve or deny transactions with customers.
Oversees liquidity, treasury operations, and risk management to optimize cash flow and compliance.
Lead and develop accounting operations teams, overseeing AR, AP, and Treasury with end-to-end close and process improvements.
Provide field kiosk support via CRM tools, escalate difficult cases, and supervise front-line agents.
Review daily customer transaction data for accuracy, document transactions, and identify potential fraud.
