Provide remote MSP helpdesk support for Windows/Mac/Linux, Cloud services, and security tools.
Translate prospect requirements into compliant solution architectures and proposals for CMMC/NIST 800-171, enabling secure pre-sales engagements.
Own all aspects of cybersecurity compliance for assigned clients, leading assessments and developing governance materials for DFARS/NIST/CMMC compliance.
