Owns end-to-end strategic account lifecycle for national health system accounts, driving expansion and long-term value.
Proposes and leads scalable value measurement systems, defines defensible metrics, and drives automation across care settings to support enterprise health-system outcomes.
Own end-to-end event execution across conferences, trade shows, and owned activations to drive pipeline and ROI.
Turn customer data into defensible ROI analyses that drive renewals, expansions, and leadership confidence.
Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end to drive company KPIs with scalable BizOps processes.
Lead product initiatives with high strategic value, accelerating speed of iteration while preventing accumulation of technical debt.
Own the enterprise sales process end-to-end, from net-new account penetration through close, across long, multi-threaded sales cycles (6–12+ months).
Lead analyst relations program development and engagement with Gartner/Forrester, KLAS, and others to drive AR strategy and cross-functional alignment.
