As a Business Strategy Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership (COO Office) to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. This role is central to shaping the company’s roadmap — from organizational design to performance analytics, from business processes to strategic planning. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth analysis of company performance, building KPI dashboards and reporting, budgeting/headcount planning, cross-functional collaboration, and formulating strategic plans. Requirements include 2–5 years (or more) experience in business operations, consulting, finance, strategy analysis, or related roles, ideally in Tech / Financial Services / Web3 or rapidly scaling startups; strong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; problem-solving mindset; and bonus experience with startups/fast-growing companies.
