Senior Programme Manager - Real Estate
As a Senior Programme Manager, you will provide end-to-end leadership across the programme lifecycle while also intervening at critical points where specialist expertise or recovery leadership is required. You will be a trusted partner and critical friend, ensuring stakeholder engagement and communication is at the heart of programme success.
Key Responsibilities
- Programme Delivery: Lead the successful execution of small to medium scale transformation/real estate programmes, and own execution of functions/elements of large-scale programmes, ensuring measurable benefits.
- Leadership & Vision: Establish and drive the direction of the programme, empowering and inspiring teams to achieve success.
- Industry Expertise: Apply industry best practice programme management methodologies, preferably in a real estate environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Operate across middle management and senior levels, engaging client-side senior managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- People Management: Act as a first-class people manager, nurturing both internal talent and client teams.
- Commission Management: Ensure compliance with governance and risk management requirements, instilling confidence in senior managers.
- Financial Oversight: Develop a robust financial management process, ensuring transparent and effective reporting.
- Health & Safety: Establish measures to proactively manage programme-wide health and safety risks, ensuring successful safeguards are in place.
